City of Fort Worth Capital Improvements Projects - 2008 CIP, Texas

IEA provided design services for the City of Fort Worth's 2008 Capital Improvements Program for the reconstruction of Neighborhood Streets. The contract included reconstruction of 3 residential streests - Lloyd Avenue (Vinson Street to South Dead End), Normont Circle (Norma Street to South Cul-De-Sac), and Vinson Street (Griggs Avenue to Hughes Avenue).

IEA's contract included the replacements of an 8" water line on Lloyd Avenue and 8" sanitary sewer lines on Lloyd Avenue and Normot Circle, along with the street reconstruction.  The approximate construction cost of the project is $1.0 Million.  IEA is responsible for providing the construction plans, bid documents, and Engineer's Cost Estimate.  There are numerous driveways on these streets and right-of-way is limited.  IEA designed the profile to keep the proposed construction within the existing right-of-way, provided smooth driveways, and met the City's design critera.
